For receiving, our goal is to have your products inventoried at our warehouse within two (2) business days from the actual receipt, except in situations where specific circumstances necessitate a longer processing time. In such cases, we will promptly notify you.

Regarding order fulfillment, we take great pride in our commitment to same-day packaging and shipping. In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances require additional time, we will promptly communicate any delays.
